Chartway is pleased to congratulate two team members on their recent promotions. Long-time team member, Mindy Estok, has been named senior vice president of member experience and project management. John Sapp has been promoted to senior vice president of data & business analytics.

Mindy Estok

Estok has been a valuable asset to Chartway for the past 23 years, starting as a loan consultant and later leading the real estate team for a decade. In recent years, she spearheaded the creation of the project management function at Chartway and introduced their change advisory committee. Additionally, she became responsible for member experience oversight several years ago. She has since made significant improvements to the member experience by facilitating cross-functional discussions, providing leadership to member support services, and serving as the executive sponsor of Chartway’s quality improvement program. Estok holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Wesleyan University.

John Sapp

Five years ago, Sapp joined Chartway as vice president of business & risk analytics where he has been instrumental in leveraging data to improve strategy and decision-making. During his tenure, John has built a team of data engineers and business analysts who excel in complex problem-solving and can develop analytical models to better understand how our members use our products and services. Prior to joining Chartway, Sapp was at Capital One where he led business analytics for the retail bank and small business teams. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
