Eligibility: THE CHARTWAY VISA© "End of Summer Sweepstakes" (THE "SWEEPSTAKES") IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

The Chartway "End of Summer Sweepstakes" (the "SWEEPSTAKES") is open only to legal U.S. residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Chartway Credit Union ("Chartway", "the Credit Union") members who are not in good standing with the Credit Union are ineligible to participate. Additionally, all Team Members/employees, volunteers, agents, and representatives of Chartway (the "Sponsor") are ineligible to participate. By entering the SWEEPSTAKES, participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these Official Rules.

This SWEEPSTAKES is an invite-only offer to Chartway members who (i) are the primary or joint accountholder of a Chartway Credit Union Visa credit card account identified by Sponsor as eligible based on credit card history and (ii) received an authorized invitation directly from Sponsor via email communication (each, an "Invited Eligible Cardholder"). The SWEEPSTAKES is not open to the general public. Any person who does not meet the definition of an Invited Eligible Cardholder is not eligible to enter or win. The invitation and this offer are non-transferable and non-assignable, and entries submitted by or on behalf of any person other than the Invited Eligible Cardholder who received the invitation are void. Eligibility is subject to verification by Sponsor (including verification of credit card account status and good standing) and Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements or cannot be verified.

SWEEPSTAKES Period: The SWEEPSTAKES period begins on August 3, 2026, and ends on September 30, 2026. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about October 11, 2026, by a Credit Union employee.

How to Enter: Winner need not be present to win but must prove eligibility to receive prize. Members can enter the SWEEPSTAKES during the SWEEPSTAKES Period in two ways.

Automatic Entry: An Invited Eligible Cardholder must have a Chartway Credit Union personal Credit Card ("Eligible Card") in order to be entered via automatic methods. For every five (5) qualified individual credit card purchases of $5 or more made with an Eligible Card during the SWEEPSTAKES Period, the Visa Credit Card holder will earn one (1) entry into the $500 Grand Prize SWEEPSTAKES. A qualified credit card purchase transaction ("Qualified Transaction") is any signature-based and PIN-based purchase, Internet purchase, phone or mail-order purchase, bill payment, or any other small dollar purchase for which you are not required to sign, made with an Eligible Card that posts to the associated credit card account during the SWEEPSTAKES Period. The following transactions are not a Qualified Transaction and are not eligible for entries into the SWEEPSTAKES: cash advances, ATM transactions and other non-purchase transactions, as well as credit union account fees, service charges, and refund/return transactions. Eligible Cards or card numbers that have been stolen, tampered with, or otherwise altered, are fraudulent and not eligible for automatic entry. All entries will be deemed submitted by the primary person in whose name the Eligible Card used to make the Qualified Transaction that resulted in an entry in the SWEEPSTAKES was issued. Transactions made on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays will count as Qualified Transactions when they post to the attached Eligible Card or card number during the SWEEPSTAKES Period by 11:59:59 p.m. PT on September 30, 2026.

Enter without purchase or obligation: An Invited Eligible Cardholder may earn 1 (one) entry/chance to win by completing and submitting the entry form located on https://www.chartway.com/end-of-summer-sweepstakes-entry-form.html.

To enter by mail, an Invited Eligible Cardholder must send a self-addressed stamped envelope, along with their name, address, and telephone number (or email address) to, ATTN: Credit Card SWEEPSTAKES, 5700 Cleveland St. Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Limit of one entry per mailed envelope and per Invited Eligible Cardholder during the Contest. Mail entries must be received or postmark dated by September 30, 2026.

Prize(s): A total of five (5) individual prizes, each valued at $500.00, will be awarded to five separate winners. Cash will be deposited into the account associated with the winner's Chartway primary share account.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are based upon the number of eligible Chartway Credit Union credit card transactions. Based on the Sponsor's estimation of eligible transactions, odds of winning are approximately based upon the number of eligible entries that Chartway receives.

How to Win: On or about October 11, 2026, all prize winners will be randomly chosen from all eligible entries received in accordance with these Official Rules. Limit one prize per winner. The winners will be notified by email and/or telephone and must meet all eligibility requirements, including the execution and return of all necessary releases, and affidavits. If (i) the Sponsor is unable to contact the winner(s), (ii) the winner(s) declines their prize, (iii) or the winner(s) fails to comply with any of the Official Rules, such winner(s) will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing at the Sponsors' discretion. By accepting the prize(s), the winners agree to grant to Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, hometown and biographical information in advertising and promotion, including on the Chartway Credit Union website and its various social media pages, without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. By participating, Invited Eligible Cardholders agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges as final and binding in all matters pertaining to the SWEEPSTAKES. By accepting the prize(s), the winner(s) agrees to hold the Sponsor harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of the prize(s). The winner(s) assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this SWEEPSTAKES or use or redemption of any prize(s).

Tax Issues: Winners are responsible for all taxes, if any, for the prize and any other costs not stated above. Chartway will report the prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agencies as required by applicable law.

Winners Names: For a list of the winners' names (no later than thirty (30) days after the SWEEPSTAKES has concluded), please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor.

This SWEEPSTAKES is in no way sponsored or administered by VISA nor have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this SWEEPSTAKES or the prizes awarded. Chartway reserves the right to change or end this offer at any time without notice.
