ATMs & CU Service Centers

Guide and FAQs to CU Service Centers

Service Centers are located throughout the United States and provide limited service to credit union members.

  • Member number and ID are required to conduct any transaction.

Transactions available:

  • Limited cash withdrawals: Based on funds availability of the member’s account, withdrawals of $500-$1000 can be made at each service center, with a maximum of $10,000 daily.
  • Deposits
  • Transfers
  • Loan Payments
  • Cashier’s Checks

Transactions Unavailable:

  • Check Cashing– (A check may be deposited and subject to a hold based on Chartway’s check hold policy. Based on the check hold and member’s available funds, the member can then make a withdrawal from the account.
  • Please contact us at 1-800-678-8765 should you have questions regarding a check hold placement.

While Chartway does not take Service Center transactions in the branches, our 24 Hour ATMs are available.

Note: Representative Payee, Guardian, UTMA and accounts with Power of Attorneys are not able to use Credit Union Service Centers.
