SALT LAKE CITY, UT (August 1, 2018) – As the Salt Lake Bees faced the Nashville Sounds on Monday, July 30, Chartway Federal Credit Union and its We Promise Foundation partnered with Make-A-Wish® Utah to host a surprise Wish Reveal for 5 year-old Simon, who battles cancer. After throwing the first pitch to kick-off Bumble’s Birthday night, the three organizations held a special on-field presentation, revealing to Simon that his wish to visit Disneyland® has been approved and will be granted.

Simon’s Wish Is Granted: Thanks to a grant from Chartway Federal Credit Union’s We Promise Foundation, Make-A-Wish® Utah will be making Simon’s wish to visit Disneyland® come true. Simon, who battles cancer, loves baseball – especially the Salt Lake Bees – and was thrilled to meet baseball players and more than a dozen of Utah’s beloved sports mascots during Bumble’s Birthday celebration at Smith’s Ballpark on Monday, July 30.
