Individual Login Credentials

Our new online and mobile banking allows all joint account holders to have their own individual login credentails. A joint account holder is a person that has been authorized to access accounts associated with this membership. No more sharing Usernames and Passwords.

Previously, Usernames and Passwords were associated with the primary account holder. This means if you are a joint account holder, you didn't have your own unique login. In order for a joint account holder to access accounts online, you were using the primary account holder’s Username and Password. With our new online and mobile banking, each account holder can have their own individual login credentials.

When you log in for the first time, you will need to enter a secure access code that will be delivered to you by phone, text, or email. Joint account holders should call our Contact Center at 800-678-8765 to ensure their personal contact information is current.

Mobile Banking

As part of the new online banking system, the Chartway mobile app will also be updated. If your mobile device is set up for automatic updates in the settings function, then you will not have to take any action. Your existing Chartway mobile banking app will update automatically and you can begin using the new Chartway mobile app.

iPhone Users

If you are an iPhone user and do not have your mobile device set up for automatic updates, then you will need to go to the Apple App Store and manually select download to update to the new version of the app.

Android Users

If you are an Android user, you must delete your existing Chartway mobile app, go to the Google Play Store and download the new Chartway mobile banking app.
