GETTING STARTED
Once you have your account number and Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy (if you don't have your PIN, please call our Contact Center, or visit your local branch), you'll need to make sure your computer is utilizing Internet Explorer or Netscape versions 4.0 or higher.
- Log onto www.chartway.com and Click on "Enroll" in the eBranch section on the left menu bar.
- Complete the quick and easy Advanced Authentication enrollment. Click here to learn more about Advanced Authentication. (You will now have the access to tranfer funds and manager your Chartway accounts.)
- For Bill Payer, have your bill statements available. Then, simply click on "Pay Bills", accept the agreement and start scheduling your payments. It's that easy!
*Requires eStatements enrollment and payment of at least three (3) bills a month. Otherwise, the $4.95 monthly fee will be assessed. Fee is waived with Premier or Elite 50 Plus Checking.
