Product Features
- Loans up to $2.0 million
- Unsecured lines of credit up to $100,000
- Secured by real property or equipment (or unsecured on a select basis)
- Proceeds may be used for purchase or refinance (under certain circumstances)
- SBA or Conventional
- Rates, terms, and fees commensurate with the details of the transaction
Requirements
- Must be a Chartway member
- For qualified small businesses
- Full financial disclosure required for the business borrower and any personal guarantors.
- Personal Guarantees are required of those owning 20% or more of the borrowing business.
