Q. How do I enroll in eStatements?
A
. Signing up for Chartway’s FREE eStatements is fast and easy:

  • STEP 1: Go to www.chartway.com and log on to eBranch (you’ll need your account number and Call-24 PIN). From the left-hand menu, click on “Personal Profile” to verify/enter your current e-mail address.
  • STEP 2: Return to “Accounts Home” page. From the left-hand menu, click on “eStatements,” read the disclosure and click on “Accept – Enroll in eStatements” to have the automated verification e-mail sent to your e-mail address.
  • STEP 3: Log on to your e-mail account and click on the link contained in the e-mail from estatement-notify@email.chartway.com*. And that’s it – you’re signed up for eStatements!

*NOTE: AOL users may need to add @Chartway.com to their spam filter to prevent Chartway eStatements e-mails from being blocked.

Q. How far back can I view statements online?
A. Currently statements from February 2001 forward (as applicable) are available through eStatements.

Q. Can I get hard copies of my statements, as well?
A. Enrollment in the eStatements service will halt delivery of paper statements. However, there is a print option within eStatements that can be used to print copies of any available statement as needed at any time without service fee. Hard copies may also be requested from our service office or any branch for a fee of $2.50 per copy.

Q. How do I know when my new statement is ready each month?
A. Every month, the eStatements service generates an e-mail and sends to subscribers to notify them the newest statement is ready to be viewed. Note: This is just a notification that the eStatement is ready to be viewed online. No member information is sent in this notification.

Q. I have a new e-mail address. How do I update my eStatements notification?
A
. Within eBranch the new address will need to be entered into the Change e-mail Address under Personal Profile. Once the new address is entered and confirmed, new notifications will be delivered to the address provided.

Q. I have not received any notice e-mail for the most recent statement(s). Why?
A
. The notice is sent approximately the 5th or 6th of each month. A report is generated based on the e-mail addresses listed as undeliverable. This includes closed e-mail accounts, full e-mail boxes, spam block messages and otherwise unavailable e-mail addresses. These addresses are then removed from the service and paper statements are again issued for the account. *Note: out of office auto replies will not deactivate the service.

Q. How do I disenroll from the eStatements service?

. On the main page of eStatements, there is a disenroll link in the bottom left corner. Using this link will automatically return the account to paper delivery and end eStatements access.
