Teller - Responsible for accurately providing paying and receiving service to members on their share and loan accounts, handling and securing large volumes of cash and other negotiable items. Qualifications include: basic math skills, strong customer service skills, computer experience, at least six months cash handling experience. Prior teller experience is preferred, but not required.
Information Specialist - Responsible to the Sales Manager for providing information to members regarding membership, new accounts, loans and all other services of the Credit Union. Refers members to appropriate credit union personnel ensuring that members receive prompt, friendly and efficient service. Qualifications include: approximately one year of customer service experience.
Member Specialist - Responsible to the Sales Manager for identifying and discussing the financial needs of new and existing members. The ideal candidate will explore and identify opportunities for Credit Union products/services to meet current and future needs of new and existing members. Ability to assist members with opening new accounts, processing loan requests and performing teller transactions is strongly desired. Qualifications include: an Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required with approximately one to three years of sales and cash handling experience.
Customer Service Representative - Responsible to the Contact Center Manager for providing exceptional member sales and service experiences and meeting/exceeding aggressive sales and service performance objectives in a fast paced, dynamic contact center environment. Responsibilities include delivering energetic service through multiple media types; telephone, emails and chat. Sales and service responsibilities include identifying opportunities to sell credit union products; meeting/exceeding aggressive sales and referral goals; providing prompt, accurate and courteous responses to members; making financial recommendations; processing various transactions; effectively educating members on Chartway's products and services. Qualifications include: some college preferred but high school education or equivalent GED acceptable with approximately one to three years of sales and customer service experience preferably in a financial institution contact/call center environment.
