Responsible for accurately providing paying and receiving service to members on their share and loan accounts, handling and securing large volumes of cash and other negotiable items. Qualifications to include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, basic math skills, strong customer service skills, computer experience, and at least six months cash handling experience. Prior teller experience is preferred, but not required.

Description:
The Senior Web/.Net Developer(Senior Business Integration Engineer )will be working in a team environment, on the eBusiness Team in the Technology Group, to successfully develop, program and deploy new information systems for members and employees that involve the organization’s intranet, online banking platform, online applications, core processor, and other key systems and programs. The primary programming environment is Visual Studio .Net 2008 C#, Team Foundation Server, and Microsoft SQL Server. Solutions may be stand alone web applications or plug-ins for Microsoft Content Management Server, SharePoint, or DotNetNuke.
Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a related position or capacity (Financial Industry experience a plus). Candidates should have experience with enterprise web application development using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET C# and Team Foundation Server (TFS). Experience with other development environments, such as Java or PHP, will be considered, based on experience, if the candidate is willing to work in .Net environment. Develop and maintain business objects using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, emphasis on C# with some legacy VB, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008 database design and modeling; normalization skills required. Experience with NHibernate, Linq, Entity, FriendlyTools or other ORM package, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Window Workflow Foundation (WWF), and Microsoft SharePoint experience is a plus.

Responsible to the Sales Manager for identifying and discussing the financial needs of new and existing members. Explores and defines opportunities for Credit Union products/services to meet current and future needs of existing and new members. Responsibilities include assisting members with opening new accounts, processing loan requests, and cross-selling credit union products and services.
Qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent experience, and approximately 2-3 years as a Member Specialist or equivalent position.
Ability to successfully sell Chartway products and services to achieve organizational, and team goals. Ability to travel and work at different retail sales offices and relate to different teams with ease.

Responsible to the Director of Retail for the day-to-day operations within individual retail sales office. Ensures facility runs smoothly, monitors the member service function as performed by the Tellers.
