A Customer Service Representative I provides basic maintenance services involving checking, savings, certificates of deposits and loan products. Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for consistently and effectively cross-selling Credit Union products and services. Qualifications include a High School education or equivalent GED, and one year customer service preferably in a call center environment.

Senior Information Systems Engineer

Description:
The Senior Information Systems Engineer is responsible for translating the vision and direction for the Credit Union’s technology infrastructure. This position will manage and develop these technologies to ensure the Credit Union’s Information System (IS) resources are parallel with the Credit Union’s planned growth. This position will be responsible for maximizing the system capabilities and maintaining successful system availability.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. MCSE / CCNA Certifications preferred. Experience with enterprise workstation imaging and remote application deployment utilizing Zen Works or Microsoft SMS. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience. Candidates with programming/scripting interest and experience are preferred.
Broad knowledge of industry standard platforms is desirable, including Windows client and server operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Compaq/HP servers, Dell servers and desktops, and Cisco internetworking, including CallManager telephony systems. Experience with virtualization. VMWare ESX experience preferred. Familiarity with SMTP, DNS, load balancing, caching and intrusion detection.Experienced in common IS technologies -- such as networking, DNS, anti-virus, anti-spam, SMTP, asset management, telephony, and VPNs are critical. Experience installing, monitoring and maintaining the health of a Windows 2003 Server and Active Directory-based network, especially in a 450+ user distributed environment. Demonstrated ability to perform full-life cycle activities to include requirements analysis, functional decomposition/allocation, development of interface documentation, test plans, test procedures, trade studies. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot errors and determine their source (OS, hardware, software, etc.) Ability to repair problems or to quickly manage their resolution via third-party expertise.

Have the ability to track trends, market developments and perform competitive analysis of Chartway’s products and services against other financial service providers, as well as consumer behavior in financial and related industries.

Will have the knowledge of technology systems that support market research and analysis. The ability to take new product from research analysis, to marketing, and through the launch phases of the new product. The candidate must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to logically present product information to all levels of the organization.

The primary programming environment is Visual Studio .Net 2008 C#, Team Foundation Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and SharePoint 2010.
Qualifications include a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a related position or capacity (Financial Industry experience a plus). Candidates should have experience developing enterprise level web based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET C# is a must. A self motivated, self learning candidate with parallel experience using other development environments, such as Java or PHP may be considered, for a candidate willing to work in .Net environment. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 & 2008 database design and modeling; normalization skills required. Understanding of the relationship between DNS, IIS, Active Directory Users and Groups, and Network Security as these items relate to web applications is required. SharePoint, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Window Workflow Foundation (WWF) experience is a plus.
