Chartway is pleased to announce that Wayne Foshay has been appointed to the Board of Directors.  Wayne currently serves as the Chairman of the Credit Union Service Organization Board of Directors and has commendably contributed to the success of the organization during his seven years of volunteer service.  During this time, Wayne has focused on enhancing the operations of the Volunteer Advanced Training Program while serving on the Legislative/Regulatory & Advocacy Committee, New Services & Technology Committee and the Asset/Liability Management Committee as an Associate Member. 

Wayne is a retired Navy Captain, with thirty years of military service.  For the last ten years he has proudly served Beachtowne Builders as their Vice President, where he is directly responsible for the construction of quality custom homes in the community.

Following Wayne Foshay’s appointment to Chartway’s Board, the slate of elected officials is now as follows:
